Omnichannel Fulfillment and Returns Control Tower

This system allocates every order across the network with a greedy marginal-cost heuristic improved by Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search, gates admission under scarce inventory, and routes returns to restock, repair, recycling, or disposal.
